Cancelation & Refund Policy
If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the classes, you can receive a full refund when you cancel your registration before the first day of instruction. After that, you can get a 75% refund if you cancel within the first five days of the program start date. No refund is available after the end of the first week of classes. The $150 administrative fee is non-refundable. If you have any issues, get in touch with our friendly support team at info@speakwriteplay.com.

Frequently asked questions
Our 12-week English program for adults is open to residents of Somerset, North Brunswick, New Brunswick, Bound Brook, Hillsborough, South Brunswick, Franklin Park, Bridgewater, and surrounding areas. Learners must be 18 years of age or older to enroll. Those in the US on an F-1 student visa or B-1 tourist visa may also register for our non-credit program.
At this time, we do not accept or process I-20 paperwork for students currently studying in the U.S. on an F-1 or J-1 visa. Additionally, we do not grant I-20s for students hoping to study English in the U.S. in the future.
Yes, you may enroll in our program while in the U.S. on a tourist visa.
At this time, college credits are not earned for students enrolled in our program.
Yes, you will receive a certificate stating your hours of completion of our program.
After you have registered, you will receive a link to take a brief assessment that will help us determine your level. From there, you will be placed in the beginner, intermediate, or advanced English class based on your availability.
All study materials are included in the program cost. You will receive access to the course book(s) and supplementary audios to practice at home.
Each class is led by a qualified English instructor. Students will enroll and participate in the class to work on their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Lessons are designed to encourage interaction and participation, and students will receive homework weekly to practice on their own. The classroom and high-use objects are wiped down between group classes.
We utilize various teaching methods in the classroom. Whether you are a visual, hands-on, or auditory learner, you will receive instruction in a manner that will help you get steps closer to English fluency in our ESL classes for adults.
We understand that life happens. If you cannot attend classes, please let us know as soon as possible. You are able to receive a full refund, minus the $120 non-refundable administrative fee, if you cancel before the first day of classes. You may also receive credit for future English courses.
