Speak Write Play Heritage Scholarship
The Speak Write Play (SWP) Heritage Scholarship is open to undergraduate students admitted to or currently enrolled at an accredited college or university in the United States. Applicants must be non-US citizens, from a single-parent household, or first-generation college students. Since 2018, the SWP Heritage Scholarship has been assisting undergraduate students to pursue higher education by providing annual financial support. To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.8 and fall into one of the categories previously listed.
One scholarship in the amount of $500 will be awarded to two applicants each spring semester. The scholarship may be renewed, based on the student's academic performance from the previous school year. To be considered for the scholarship, applications must be received by October 1st of each year. Incomplete or falsified applications will not be reviewed.

Should any information be found erroneous, or my application be deemed fraudulent, I forfeit my eligibility and must wait twelve (12) months before being able to apply for future scholarships. I also understand that I may be contacted to provide additional information in the event that a representative from Speak Write Play requires supplemental data in order to consider my application for a scholarship. Furthermore, I acknowledge that I will only be contacted if I am a prospective scholarship recipient.
